When I bottled the 2010 NO. 52 I thought it would be a one-time wine, however this fits perfectly. The grapes for this blend were certified organically grown from Johan Vineyard and fermented at a very cool temperature. That cool fermentation produced a wine very light in color (think a notch or two darker than a rosť) with a fantastically complex nose of bright berries and floral notes. A very versatile food wine.
