2011 was our second year working with this relatively young vineyard in the heart of the Eola-Amity Hills. Fermented with approximately 50% indigenous yeast, aged for 15 months in French oak with 30% new oak our 4 favorite barrels were bottled unfined and unfiltered. Dark cherry, deep raspberry and a vivacity that is so distinct to the Eola-Amity Hills. 100 cases produced.
