2008 Chardonnay Willamette Valley

A crisp and fresh Chardonnay fermented mostly in stainless steel with about 20% seeing new French oak barrels. 

Citrus and stone fruit flavors, mineral notes, and a touch of well-integrated oak help make this Chardonnay the perfect summer sipper. 

Try pairing with light seafood dishes such as steamed mussels or crab cakes.

2008 Pinot Noir Rose Willamette Valley

2008 Pinot Noir Rosé Willamette Valley

This vibrantly colored rosé was produced by the saignée method.  The grapes were first crushed and the juice and skins were left in contact for about 24 hours.  At this point some of the “pink” juice was drawn off and fermented separately in stainless steel. 

The resulting wine has bright red fruit flavors and refreshing acidity. 

This rosé pairs wonderfully with salads of all kind (particularly nicoise), asparagus, and afternoons on the porch. to This rose pairs woeyernderfully with summer salads of all kind, asparagus, and afternoons on the porch. 

Due to very limited production there is a 6 bottle limit per person.
